My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bugs!

Bugs is a 4-year old spayed female. She is microchipped, up to date on her vaccines and FIV/FeLV negative.

Bugs is a gentle, sensitive girl who needs a little extra patience — but for the right person, she’ll be such a rewarding companion. New places can feel overwhelming for her, so she does best when she’s able to start off in a small, calm space. Having one cozy “safe spot” helps her feel secure, without giving her places to disappear to the point of no finding.

Given time to settle and warm up at her own pace, Bugs shows her sweet side. She may never be a lap cat, but she’ll greet you when you come home, keep you company in quiet moments, and make sure you know when dinner should be served!

Because sudden movements and loud energy can be scary, Bugs would do best in a home with kids 8+ who understand that not every cat likes to be picked up or carried. She’s also required to go home with another cat — she truly relies on her feline friends for comfort and confidence.
