Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Bennett! I’m a sweet, handsome boy with a gentle heart. I love being close to my people—whether that means relaxing on the couch, soaking up pets, or just enjoying your company. I have a calm, easygoing personality and lots of love to give. Right now, I’m taking life at a slower pace and doing great with easy leash walks and lots of rest. I’m perfectly happy being a couch potato and would love a home where I can relax, feel safe, and be spoiled with affection.
FOSTER REASON: I am being treated for heartworms, so I will need a calm home to relax in due to being under exercise restriction while undergoing treatment. This means I will need to be a couch potato and go for leash walks only! I will also need a mass removal procedure prior to beginning heartworm treatment. My foster family should be comfortable bringing me to the SPCA of Texas periodically for vet visits.
Come meet me from 12 PM to 6 PM, open every day. No application or appointment required — walk-ins welcome! SPCA of Texas 2400 Lone Star Drive Dallas, TX 75212
Or, if you’re interested in just fostering, please email foster@spca.org to schedule an appointment!
