My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

****Penny has been with us longer than we would like, so she has been added to our Lonely Hearts Club. Her adoption fee has been waived****

Hello there! My name is Penny! I`m a good girl who is looking for her new adult best friend. I`ve had some hard times, so I`m looking for a loving home and someone who can help me get used to my new surroundings. While I don`t do well with kids at all and I can be a little nervous at first, once I get to know you, I`ll have a waggy tail and the sweetest disposition. I`d love a home with adults only, so I can be most comfortable. So, if you are looking for a new furry friend with a lot of love to give and who can share lots of adventures with, look no further! I cannot wait to meet you!

Medical History: I appear to be a healthy adult, but it`s always a good idea to set up an appointment with your vet soon after adoption so we can meet each other! Penny is currently on medication to manage her stress and anxiety in the shelter. Many dogs who are given these medications in the shelter do not need them outside the shelter, though we do think Penny will do best if she continues those medications at least until she is very well settled into her new environment.

Weight: ~ 46lbs

Adoption Fee: Penny`s adoption fee has been waived to help her find her new home.
