Meet Pollywog! This little darling arrived at the shelter as a very scared kitten. She likely didn`t have much interaction with humans prior to her arrival, so meeting new people can be overwhelming. With the help of some tasty treats and slow, gentle petting, she has started to turn a new leaf! Pollywog loves getting gentle massages under the chin or around the ears. She will need continued socialization, done slowly and positively. Pollywog seems to enjoy the company of other kitties and another social cat in the home may help her progress. We have a simple adoption application and approval process. Our adoption fees vary by animal, but generally include neutering, age appropriate vaccinations, behavior and health assessments, and health insurance. In addition, all adopters have free access to our Adopter Support program for assistance with health or behavior issues that may arise.
