Meet Miss Marvel! This sweet eight-year-old, spayed female domestic shorthair may be shy at first, but once she opens up, she’s truly amazing. Miss Marvel does best in a calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace, either as an only cat or possibly with another gentle feline companion.
She loves canned food, fuzzy mice, and catnip, and has a soft spot for cozy naps - especially sleeping under the covers. As she's grown more comfortable, she's started making kitty biscuits and has discovered how much she enjoys chin and rump scratches. While she's not quite a lap cat yet, she's clearly warming up and enjoys being petted along her back (but not her tummy).
Miss Marvel is a gentle soul who may be sound-sensitive at times, but she shows her affection by rubbing against everything, including your legs. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. All of our cats are spayed or neutered before adoption, receive all age-appropriate vaccinations, and high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs.
