Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Malt!!
Malt is a beautiful 6-month old spayed female. She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.
Sweet, curious, and a little bit bashful, Malt is well on her way to becoming a people-friendly kitty. She may flinch if things move too fast, but give her a minute and she’ll peek back out, ready to see what you’re up to next!
Malt is a total cat fan girl — she LOVES other kitties and absolutely needs a feline buddy in her new home. She’d also be thrilled to go home with a friend… maybe even her sister Stargazer! Malt would do best in a home with kids who are 6+ and understand that she may need her own space, and will not startle or chase her. With slow and proper introductions, Malt may do well with cat-savvy dogs.
Once she feels comfortable, Malt’s personality really starts to shine. She becomes playful, social, and so sweet — and watching her confidence grow is half the fun. It may take her a little while to adjust, but the trust she gives when she realizes she’s safe is the kind of treasure that lasts a lifetime.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
