Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Stargazer!
Stargazer is a 7-month old spayed female. She is microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.
Stargazer is a shy little star who’s still learning that people can be pretty great — and she’s making slow, steady progress every day. She’s working on her socialization and feels safest when things stay calm and predictable.
Treats are definitely the way to her heart! She’ll come right up when snacks are involved and is especially interested in tube treats. Stargazer is still figuring out all the great things humans have to offer, like pets, cuddles and playtime- she’s just a cautious little stinker who needs more time to feel brave.
Stargazer would do best with older, respectful kids (6+) who understand that shy cats need space and patience. Hyper or overly playful dogs aren’t a good fit for her, but a calm, cat-savvy pup could possibly be okay with slow introductions.
She absolutely loves other cats and truly relies on feline friends to help her feel safe and confident so she is required to go home with another cat, or be adopted with another feline friend. (Her sister Malt is available too!)
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
