This adorable 6 month-old neutered19 lb pup was rescued in Puerto Rico, where there are simply too many dogs and not enough homes.

Now living safely in foster care, Caramelo is thriving — playful, social, and full of love! He is basically house trained and loves walking on leash. He is doing well with crate training and loves socializing with kids and other dogs. He hasn’t lived with a cat, but there is no reason he couldn’t learn to. With two sets of DHLPP and Bordetella vaccines, he is healthy and ready for a family of his own.
