Yeti is a 3-year-old, energetic, and affectionate dog who loves to play and be active. He enjoys chewing toys, playing tug with ropes, running, hiking, and especially spending time with other dogs. He is very dog-friendly and loves to socialize.
Yeti knows basic commands and listens well indoors. Outdoors, particularly in dog parks, he can become very focused on playing with other dogs and has difficulty with recall. On walks, he may pull when he wants to greet other dogs. He is also working on not jumping on people when excited and would benefit from continued training and structure.
He does best in a home with teenagers or older children and is not a good fit for homes with toddlers. His experience with cats is unknown. Yeti would thrive in an active home that can provide regular exercise, mental stimulation, and positive reinforcement training.
