Meet Charley!

This sweet 1 1/2 year old doodle mix weighs about 55 lbs and has a heart full o fLOVE. After being rescued in July and finding a temporary home that didn't work out (at NO fault of his own), Charley had a family step up to foster him until he finds his true forever home. He is now thriving with other dogs and loves playing with toys and making new furry friends!

SHR will require an application and home visit for the adoption of any of our animals. The customary adoption fee is $150 for dogs $85 for cats.

Scout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.
