Galan is incredibly affectionate and loves people, but he is still learning how to express his excitement politely and can be a bit over-eager with his paws and mouth when he is having fun. Because he is still working on keeping all four paws on the floor and learning gentle play, he needs a home with children aged 12 and up 🐾. He is a social butterfly with humans but wants to be the star of the show, so he must be the only dog in his new home 🐕. He is highly motivated by treats, which makes working on his manners a breeze, and he would thrive in an active environment where he can burn off energy through hikes or long walks. At the shelter, adopters will be able to meet a maximum of three (3) pets per visit, with ten (10) minutes per pet.

Adoptions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adopters will not be able to submit applications to adopt animals in advance, or place adoption holds on animals.
