I’m Kate. I’m the Dog You’ve Been Hoping to Find.

Hi. I’m Kate. I’m about 10 months old and have all of the good stuff that a loving puppy has to give!

Here’s the truth. I’m the easiest dog in the room. I love people. I’m gentle with kids. I’m good with dogs. I’m cool with cats. I don’t eat shoes. I don’t pee in the house. I’m 41 pounds of everything that makes a dog easy to live with.

I’m playful without being wild. I’m loving without being clingy. I’m sweet in a steady, calm way. I like walks. I like toys. I like being near my people and then settling in when the day slows down.

I’ve got a Husky brain and a Pit heart. That means I’m smart, loyal, and deeply connected once I know you’re mine.

I’m spayed. I’m fully vaccinated. I’m housebroken. I’m ready.

I’m not asking for perfect. I’m asking for real. A couch. A routine. A person who looks at me and says, “You’re home.”

More about this rescue

As a 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization, our mission at Angel Dog Alliance is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
