Meet Peppermint Patty - a 3 month old mix who weighs around 20 pounds and loves to say hello with a wagging tail and an enthusiastic whole-body wiggle!
After arriving from a shelter in West Virginia, her sweet, silly, and loving personality wasted no time shining through.
Peppermint Patty is smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn. She loves playing with her foster siblings, furry and human.
Potty training is going great! Peppermint Patty follows her schedule and politely lets you know she needs to go out with soft whimpers or a little sniff-around alert. Outside, she takes care of business and then returns to the gate to let us know that she is done. Lately, she has been enjoying running around and eating the snow!
Indoors, Peppermint Patty is the perfect mix of curious explorer and chill companion. She’ll happily follow you around the house, but she’s also great at entertaining herself with toys (and doesn’t destroy them!). When it’s time to rest, she sleeps peacefully in her crate—especially if it’s extra cozy with a blanket and a stuffed animal.
Peppermint Patty loves cuddles, belly rubs, and being held. She often flops onto her back for rubs and adds a little wiggle for good measure. She takes about three naps a day and is an excellent eater—puppy life is busy, after all!
Peppermint Patty would thrive in a loving forever home with a family big or small, or even a devoted solo human. She’d be over the moon to have a playful dog sibling and a fenced yard to zoom around in, but it's not necessary.

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!
