My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jax is a 9 month old male, 38 pounds Border Collie lab mix. He is a people loving boy. Very sweet. He and his sister Jovie didn't get the start he deserved. Chained outside in the dirt. Surrendered to animal control at 7 mos. He is full of love and trust. He LOVES people. Is playful and energetic. Happiest when he's getting attention or spending time with his humans. Joyful spirit and goofy side that comes out once he is comfortable. He will need potty training and basic obedience. Like his sister, he is young, smart and eager to learn. He is looking for a family to invest in him, play with him and show him what a real home feels like. Coming to Massachusetts in January.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers who have volunteered in rescue for almost 10 years. We are so committed to rescue, spay/neuter, medical care for homeless dogs and wanted to make a difference so we started our own non-profit, 501c3, USDA approved rescue in Massachusetts. We work with rescue partners in Texas to address the growing incidence of animal homelessness.
