My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tripoli began his life in a cat community, and although he was lucky enough to be rescued, an illness kept him from socializing with other kittens for several months. Because of that missed time, he can be a bit rough in play and isn’t the best match for small children just yet—but his foster mom is helping him learn every day. What Tripoli lacks in early social skills, he more than makes up for with pure affection. He’s a total love bug who showers you with kisses, curls up for his afternoon nap in your arms, and purrs softly in your ear with his silky black coat pressed against you. Tripoli has so much potential, and he deserves a family who can give him the patience, guidance, and love he’s ready to return tenfold.

More about this rescue

The mission of Percys Angelic Cat Rescue is to rescue cats and kittens in need from homeless or abandoned situations as well as from shelters or private citizens needing support in the Midlands of South Carolina.

We home-foster, while providing veterinary services (spay/neuter surgeries, medical care, immunizations, and microchips), socialization and manage adoption placement to responsible, indoor homes.

We also support stabilized colonies of community cats by providing TNR (trap-neuter-return) services and having a Barn Cat placement program.

We believe that raising awareness through public education and partnering with local shelters, rescue groups, businesses and surrounding communities is a pertinent part of our rescue mission.
