This is Nala! We adopted her as a kitten from a cat cafe that works with the local shelters. She loves me & our oldest son (17), but doesn’t enjoy the 3 young kids. She would be happier in a home without little ones. She enjoys predictability, quiet, & not being picked up when she doesn’t want to be. When the kids are in bed, she sits on my lap for as long as I stay up. She can be very sweet, but prefers the maturity of an adult who will let her make the decision to give affection. Though she is not a fan of the kids, they do love her, so we made it work. A year ago my grandmother passed away & we took in her lab. That’s when the behavior issues started. She started not wanting to go in her litter box if she thinks there is a chance the dog may be near, which has caused many poops & pees on the floor. We’ve tried different litter/litter boxes/locations, but ultimately what is needed is a home without dogs (or kids). Nala is 3 & she isn't declawed. Can come with a PetSnowy litter box.
