Meet Rudolph
Rudolph is a super sweet, two-year-old Redbone Coonhound and Rhodesian Ridgeback mix who is ready for a fresh start and a forever home. He weighs about 52 pounds and has a friendly, gentle nature that makes him a joy to be around.
Rudolph is great with kids and does well with other dogs. He does not get along with cats, so a cat-free home will be important for him. Despite a rough beginning, he has a loving disposition and shows how much he wants to connect with people. He even knows how to sit on command, which is a wonderful foundation to build on.
Before rescue, Rudolph was living outdoors on his own and doing his best to survive. He was finally caught when he attempted to swipe a Walmart delivery order from someone’s porch, a moment that highlighted just how desperate he was for food and care. Thankfully, that chapter is behind him.
Rudolph is coming to New Jersey on January 11 and will be available for adoption then. He is looking for a loving family who will provide the stability, care, and affection he has been missing, so he never has to fend for himself again.
If you are looking for a loyal, kind-hearted companion with a memorable story and a lot of love to give, Rudolph may be the perfect addition to your family. To apply, go to www.peace4paws.org/adoption-application (use laptop or computer).
