With his big brown eyes and classic beagle charm, he’s the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle companion. Dulche is full of playful puppy energy, he loves to chew on Nylabone and Benebone toys (no squeaky stuffed toys for this guy), exploring, and following his nose. He is smart, eager to learn and is working on basic commands.
Dulche would thrive with an adopter who has beagle/hound experience, enjoys daily walks and playtime. He’d be happy in a home with another friendly dog or as the center of attention. Because he’s still young, Dulche will benefit from continued training and structure. Dulche would love a fenced in yard to run around in.

$170 for Adults (7Months - 7yrs)
$95 for Senior/Special Needs
Our Dog adoption fees are:
$395 for Puppies (8wks-15Months)

We believe it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless cats and dogs, and to place them in loving permanent homes.
We provide spay and neuter services and any and all necessary medical care for pets.
We work diligently to educate the public on the importance of pet sterilization, responsible pet ownership, Disease control, as well as the Humane Treatment of Animals.
The Meriden Humane Society is a Private, No Kill, non Profit Animal Shelter and Rescue Facility.We are not affiliated with any other Humane Society or rescue organization. We do NOT receive any funding the state, but in fact are funded by the generous people who believe that "Life Matters".
