Meet Caliope
Caliope is a beautiful black Lab puppy born on November 11, and her story is one of resilience and second chances. Her mama was a stray who had been hit by a car and then landed on the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter. Against the odds, she gave birth to Caliope and her siblings inside the shelter—and that’s when Pep’s Pals Rescue stepped in and saved the entire family.
Because of that rescue, Caliope has only known safety, care, and love. She’s growing into a happy, curious puppy with a gentle spirit and a bright future ahead of her. Caliope is everything you’d hope for in a Lab puppy—sweet, affectionate, and ready to learn what it means to be part of a family.
Caliope is currently fostered in Maryland (MD).
Adoption Details:
Caliope’s adoption fee is $400. An additional $100 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required and will be returned upon proof of surgery. There is an additional $13 for microchip registration, and no transport fee if the adopter can pick up Caliope in MD.
