‘SNOWFALL’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 3-4 months old / Approx. 26 lbs. & growing
Hi there, I’m Lumi! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control with a sibling, and we’re both so happy to be safe and loved while we each wait for our forever families to adopt us. I’m having fun in a wonderful foster home while I wait!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my sibling as well as the other 2 dogs in my foster home. I’m playful with them and like to follow them around. So, if you have a nice dog that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / There’s a kitty in my foster home and I generally pay no attention to her and have been good about not chasing her. All cats are different, so I don’t know how I’d do with another cat. / I haven’t met kids in my foster home, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a very sweet, happy, snuggly, playful and wonderful puppy with lots of joy to share. I’m smart, too, but like many puppies, I am tempted to chew shoes, so keep those put away. / Energy level: approx. 7-9 in my foster home, so I’d like a family that will be active with me.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy - so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / I’m doing well in my crate in my foster home. / I’m working on my potty manners in my foster home, and they say I’m about 75% there. Please keep me on a good schedule in our yard so I can master my potty manners.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love ear and belly rubs, squeaky toys (really, all dog toys!), spending time in the backyard with my family, snuggling with my foster family and playing with the other dogs - it’s my kind of perfect day. / I don’t really care for being picked up, and car rides make me a bit uneasy right now, but with practice and patience, I’ll likely grow more comfortable with riding in the car. I’m also sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.
• MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped and spayed.
