My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cassanova is a 3-4 year-old Silky Terrier weighing about 12 pounds. He’s a pretty easygoing, go-with-the-flow kind of guy who enjoys life at his own pace.
Cassanova is excellent on a leash and truly loves going for walks. When he’s around other dogs, he’s friendly and enjoys meeting new pups. However, he’s more of an independent soul than a playmate. He prefers exploring his surroundings over roughhousing, making him a great companion for someone who enjoys leisurely walks and calm outings.
He isn’t much of a barker, is crate trained, and rides well in the car. Overall, Cassanova is a low-maintenance, relaxed little guy who would fit nicely as a calm, confident companion. He will definitely put a smile on your face when you get home- he's always happy to see you.

The adoption donation varies on the age, breed and vet care provided. All of our dogs receive all necessary vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and dewormings. All of our long haired dogs are professionally groomed and our senior pups receive a dental. After filling out an adoption application, one of our team members will check your vet reference and set up a time for you to meet the dog. We do a home check as part of the adoption process and all members of the household (human and canine) must meet the dog prior to finalizing the adoption.

We are a 100% foster based rescue organization. We do not have a facility that you can visit as each of our dogs live in foster homes until they are adopted. We run off of donations and every dollar helps!
