I’m an 8-year-old senior gentleman with soft white fur, the bluest eyes you’ve ever seen, and a heart that’s just looking for peace.
I was rescued from Oklahoma right before my story could’ve ended too soon. Because of that, I don’t take anything for granted anymore — not warm beds, not kind voices, and definitely not gentle hands. Every single day feels like a gift to me now. 🎁
At this stage of my life, I’m not chasing chaos or adventure. I’m chasing comfort, safety, and love.

I’m the kind of dog who will quietly follow you from room to room just to make sure you’re okay. I don’t need to be the center of attention — I just want to belong.
Senior dogs like me don’t ask for much.

Interview
Once the application is reviewed, it is sent to the foster and they will reach out to you in 1-3 days.

Meet the Pet
The foster will set up a time and place for you to meet the pet. We will also need to meet your resident pets if you have them.
4.
Home Check
We will do a home visit to ensure the foster animal goes to the right home. We will call your landlord if you rent.
5.
Approve Application
We call all 3 references.
If you have a resident pet, we will call their vet to confirm they are up to date on vaccinations & altered.
Additional adoption info
All adoption fees are payable the day the contract is finalized.
Please note our adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies 6 months and younger - $325.00
Young adults 7 months-6 years - $300.00
Adults-Seniors: 7 years+ - $200.00
Cats and kittens - $150.00
Pair of kittens - $275.00

We are a 501c3 licensed non profit organization in St Louis, Missouri. We are foster based and have a passion for helping the animals who have been dumped and abandoned in St Louis city. We also work hard to help save those in high kill shelters that are scheduled to be euthanized. We believe in that all pets deserve a second chance and that there is a home for everyone.
