Meet `Sven`, he is a 9 week old border collie/ Labrador mix. Sven is part of the `Frozen 5`, he is the smallest, but mightiest. Sven loves to voice his little opinion, and be the center of the action. Sven will need to meet all humans and canines before adoption.
