Chief is the sort of dog that is easily overlooked but shouldn’t be. He looks like just another random mixed breed and those are a dime a dozen. But, once you meet him, you realize how special he is. He’s smart and has a very sweet, loving, eager-to-please personality. He even gives hugs! He’s fully grown at only 34 lbs and is guessed to be around 3 years old. This boy was picked up as a stray and taken to a high intake shelter in Houston. He had good behavior and was only euthanasia listed for length of stay/space. Luckily, we saw his plea and answered his call. Chief has an easy going nature, good skills on a leash, seems crate trained, and is sweet to other dogs. Chief is a good boy in his foster home and is ready for meet and greets to find his place in the world!
Chief is in foster in Fort Collins, Colorado.
*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *
