Melon is a little guy who loves his best kitten and human friends. He is a little timid in new situations at first, but time helps him feel safe. Melon was trapped in a feral colony and saved from a tough life on the streets. Melon love his foster family, but he is ready to find his best forever family!! Melon is spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. They do a great job of keeping their litterbox tidy. All they need now is a forever home!
Melon and his buddies have never met a dog, but with slow introductions to a calm, cat-savvy pup, we think they could learn to love a new dog friend. They are so excited they get to live the inside cat life!!

"ROSES Rescues" is an offshoot of this mission that helps the strays, rescue transfers, and owner surrenders that our volunteers and partners encounter and need help matching with forever homes.
We are located in Houston, Texas and are a FULLY foster-based rescue with no physical shelter location.
