My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Juneau is nothing but chocolatey goodness! She is estimated to be about 4 years old and weighs 43 pounds.

Meet Juneau, a gentle and affectionate girl with deep, soft eyes. Juneau is a well-mannered lady who knows how to sit perfectly for treats and will always take them gently from your hand. She's the perfect medium size, not too big and not too small, and she has the most adorable tippy-tappy paws when she walks, it is too cute! What a sweetheart who just craves closeness and adores nothing more than to be by your side, leaning in for a cuddle and giving gentle kisses. She is a dog who truly wants to please her people and will be your best friend. With her wiggly, happy demeanor and sweet nature, Juneau is sure to bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. If you're seeking a devoted friend to snuggle up with and share your life's adventures, Juneau could be the perfect match for you. She would love it if you came to meet her, she can't wait to give you her famous gentle kisses and show you just how wonderful she is! She will need a home where any children are calm, respectful and at least 8 years old with her more low key, soft personality.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Juneau would love to meet them. She has a soft, loose approach with other dogs.

If you are interested in Juneau and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
