This adorable pup is Tulip. She is a 3-month-old border collie mix and weighs 17 lb. We think Tulip will be about 40 lb full grown. Tulip is a very friendly, happy pup. She loves to play and her tail is always wagging! Tulip is going to make an amazing addition to a family. Tulip is vaccinated for age and healthy. Her adoption fee is $475 (includes spay surgery).
