My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Katie!

This soulful beauty was actually born in Israel! While she began her life as a street dog in the middle east, she is now a happy go lucky loving companion that adores a nice soft surface and hanging out with people, and other dogs.

She instantly won the hearts of everyone here as she is easy to walk, loves affection, and asks very little of us. Mostly just scrubs and treats!

Fun fact: she even knows some tricks in hebrew!

If you are ready to live with this unique, lovely and low maintenance dog, please apply for her today!

Additional adoption info

Matchmaking is what we love to do. We do our very best to find the best fit for the pets awaiting adoption at the Rhode Island SPCA. The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant. You are always welcome to contact us anytime about the status of your application at adoption@rispca.com.
