Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Chino! I’m a sweet, tiny guy with a perfect mix of playful energy and cozy calm. I can be a little shy at first and take some time to warm up to new people, but once I feel safe, my affectionate side comes out in full force. I love being petted and will happily give head bumps as a thank you, sometimes even popping up on my back legs to make sure you don’t miss it.
I adore my brother Champa, and we do everything together. We explore the house, play with toys, watch birds, eat our meals, and snuggle side by side. I really wouldn’t want to be an only cat, and I’d be happiest staying with Champa or in a home with another trusted kitty friend. When it comes to toys, I’m cautiously curious, but I have clear favorites like my catnip banana, mouse toys, vertical scratch pads, and a fluffy wand toy I like to drag around.
Once I’m comfortable, I’m a professional lap finder. I’ll make biscuits to get things just right and then settle in for a long, peaceful nap. Just when you think I couldn’t get any cuter, I might flop onto the floor and roll around to show off my fluffy belly. I’d do best in a quiet home with space for play, plenty of comfy chairs, and gentle people who understand I may need a little time to feel secure. If you’re looking for an affectionate companion who comes with a built-in best friend, I might be the perfect match.
