She is a 9-month-old high-energy, adventurous girl looking for the right forever home. I adopted her a couple of months ago from Facebook Marketplace, and while she has many great qualities, she is not a good fit for my resident cat.
She was adopted at 8 weeks old by her previous owners and raised as an only pet, so she never fully learned appropriate interactions with other animals. Despite a slow and proper introduction, she continues to stalk, hunt, and bite my laid-back resident cat, including locking onto his neck and legs during play. For his safety, I need to find her a home better suited to her needs.
She is very playful, curious, and high energy, loves to climb, and gets into hunt mode easily. She would do best as an only cat or possibly with kittens that can match her energy. Her previous owners allowed hand and foot play, so she sometimes bites during play, but I have been redirecting this behavior with toys.
