Blanche, one of our four “Golden Girl” puppies, was dumped on a rescuer’s property in Texas. Thankfully they were dumped where someone would take care of them and get them into rescue. The four girls— Blanche, Dorothy, Sophia and Rose made their way to us before Christmas. They are all sweet, adorable girls & they are ready for their fuever homes!
Blanche, featured here, is less independent then her sister Dorothy. Blanche is very loving and will climb on the couch and snuggle right into your arms. She loves to give kisses and wants to be close. In her foster home, she enjoys the companionship of the adult dogs and follows them around. Blanche is gaining more confidence every day. She is crate trained, 75% house trained, and working on leash training.
Blanche is being fostered in Sheridan, IL.
At almost 4 months old, Blanche currently weighs 40 lbs— and with a lot more growing to do she could be about 100 lbs when full grown. She is up to date on vaccines, up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. Blanche will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract with adopter promising to spay at a later date and must provide vet records at that time.

*A vet reference with at least a two year vet history
For Blanche, adopters can be located in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. We are able to help transport to those states.

We are a volunteer, nonprofit rescue, relying solely on your generous donations. We are currently working to establish our rescue facility in St. Clair, Missouri. Until our facility is constructed, we will be foster based only, with fosters in Missouri and surrounding states. We will continue to have fosters after our facility is built. Our facility will allow us to rescue more Pyrenees in need.
