Minnie may have the best pouty pout lips around! She is estimated to be about 10 months old and weighs 40 pounds.
Well, to be honest, one of the best sounds you will ever hear is this sweet, shy little girl’s tail thumping on the floor as she inches over to you for cuddles, it will truly make your heart happy. Minnie came to us so scared, but she is coming out of her shell and getting more comfortable each day, it is a beautiful sight to see. She wants nothing more than to be loved and to give her love in return, she is going to bring so much joy to the person who adopts her. Such a gentle soul who is seeking comfort and security from you, and those eyes when they look up at you… Minnie is seeking an adopter who will dedicate time to helping her build confidence, providing positive socialization experiences, and accepting her for the shy girl she may always be. If you have the love and dedication that Minnie needs, please come and meet her, you won’t be sorry. She will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old with her shy, insecure nature. One of our volunteers brought her teenage daughter to the rescue for the day and Minnie was very drawn to her, it was so sweet.
If you are interested in Minnie and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!
*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
