My name is Mr Klaws!

Mr. Klaws is a 3-month-old kitten with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He was found crying by a shed at a car wash, heard from across the street by our President while driving by. With freezing temperatures approaching, there was no way he could be left behind. A trap was set. Mr. Klaws, clearly a very hungry little guy, went right in within the hour.

Now safe and thriving in a foster home, Mr. Klaws is living with other cats and doing wonderfully. He is truly a lover: he enjoys head bumps, rubs, and is a nonstop purr machine. While he can hiss if startled and is still a bit shy at times, he has made incredible progress and continues to blossom every day.

Mr. Klaws loves being scratched and petted and absolutely lives for playtime with toys. He prefers to be picked up on his own terms, so we would not recommend a home with small children. With patience, love, and understanding, Mr. Klaws will make a fantastic companion for the right home.

PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. 

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. 

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.

Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and  flea/tick prevention.
