Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hank is a 6 month old terrier mixed with some basset or corgi we think because of his short legs, big paws and long body. Hank has the sweetest face. He came to us from Oklahoma with a bad case of kennel cough but after treatment, doing so much better better. He is about 25 lbs and guessing he will be a medium sized dog.
Hank loves his foster people and the foster dogs in his home. He loves to chase, get the zoomies, play tug of war and steal your shoes- he’s an absolute puppy. But Hank is the biggest lover. He loves to cuddle, sleep in bed, lay next to a human or his dog bed. Hank does go in his kennel while his foster parents are at work and he’s doing so great on potty training, he sits by the door when he needs to go out now. Hank loves to go for walks and walks very nicely on his leash. He does have a very deep loud hound bark when he passes other dogs. Hank is a little shy when meeting new people, especially small kids. But once he warms up to you, you’ve got a permanent shadow. Hank would thrive in a home with another dog but not a must if his humans are prepared to play, walk him and help him exert his energy then enjoy his snuggles when he crashes. All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots.
Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
