My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oso is a very friendly, sometimes shy dog with a happy-go-lucky personality. He is a 3-year-old German Shepherd/Pit Mix weighing 83 lbs. Once he feels comfortable, Oso loves to cuddle and happily tag along with his people!

Oso enjoys playing, puzzle toys, walks, and runs. He is an active dog who is treat driven and benefits from regular playtime and exercise. He may pull on walks if he hasn’t been played with beforehand and can get jumpy with new people if introductions happen too quickly, so slower, calm introductions work best.

Oso is:
• House-trained
• Familiar with fenced yards
• Gets along well with other dogs
• Has not been acquainted with children
• Has lived with senior male cats

Medical Notes:
Oso is neutered, microchipped, negative heart worm tested, and up to date on his rabies vaccine. He has seasonal allergies and a tear duct issue in his right eye that requires daily supplements and eye drops/gel, with topical treatment during flare-ups.
