My name is Elvis!

How do I even begin with Elvis…
He was an abandoned Kitty by a Nextdoor neighbor, eating kibble from outdoor generosity bowls. That was about 8years ago. Flash forward, this Tuxedo Cat is noticed coming by my parents garden, beautiful and majestic. Little by little trust is established and a furry friend is made. He is an outdoor garden Cat, that is his happy place, sun shining on his coat and breeze in his whiskers . Now that he is getting older, warmth and comfort, with head scratches from a trusted human comforts him. I feel privileged to hear his purring, I don’t imagine Elvis did much of that before we met. I hope there is another bond that can be made with another. Heart hurts. Like life, change happens. Soon he will no longer have a garden to roam, I unable to shelter. I need help on this one.
