Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet this beautiful, blue eyed, southern boy named Tater. He sadly lost his home due to a family death and their family cannot keep him. Let’s help write his next chapter!

Location: Kentucky
Personality: sweet, exposed to cats and so far no reaction, crate trained, learning to walk on leash
Male Australian cattle dog mix, approx. 2 years old
⚖️ 40 lbs

In sum: Ready to be loved in a new home for the holiday.

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
