My name is Jericho!

Hi there! My name is Jericho, and Im a 4-year-old retriever mix with a big personality to match my size.<br/><br/>Im a very friendly and outgoing guy who absolutely loves meeting new people. Pets, scratches, and especially belly rubs are some of my favorite things in the world. I also really enjoy going for walks and exploring the outdoors -- sniffing new smells and taking in my surroundings makes me one happy dog!<br/><br/>Because I get so excited about life (and people!), I can sometimes be a little too enthusiastic. When Im feeling playful or when I know treats are involved, I may get a little overly excited and rambunctious. I just havent quite learned how to channel my excitement appropriately yet. Im probably best suited for an adopter who has experience with larger, energetic dogs, understands how to set clear boundaries, and is willing to put in the time to help me succeed. With structure, consistency, and guidance, I have all the potential to become an amazing companion.<br/><br/>If youre looking for a loving, adventurous dog whos eager to learn and ready for someone to invest in him, I just might be your guy!<br/><br/>P.S.
