Winnie the Pooh and his brother, Paddington Bear, were born in a boarding kennel, where they spent much of their early lives sleeping on a concrete floor. During that time, they had non-contagious demodectic mange that went untreated, resulting in some hair loss and skin irritation. Thankfully, they are both doing great and continue to thrive with proper care.
Winnie the Pooh is a sweet retriever puppy with a heart as soft as his fur. He can be cautious and a little shy at first when meeting new people or experiencing new things, but once he feels safe, his loving and playful personality comes right out.
Winnie enjoys gentle play, cozy naps, and staying close to the people he trusts. He explores the world at his own pace and is eager to learn with patience and encouragement. Based on his current weight, Winnie is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog (30lbs), making him a great fit for many types of homes.
He would thrive in a calm, loving environment where he’s given time to settle in and build confidence. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will reward your kindness with lifelong devotion, Winnie the Pooh might be your perfect match.
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Puppies will be spayed/neutered prior to going home.
