Good afternoon. I unfortunately need to surrender my dogs. I have tried to rehome them but I have been unsuccessful. They are two Blue Heelers. A brother and a sister who will both be seven in March. Things have come up and I am no longer able to take care of them. Please let me know how we can proceed with how to surrender them. The sooner the better unfortunately. Thank you for your time.
