Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Patches. I have a lot of energy and love to fetch a ball or an old shoe and love belly rubs. I need a home that has a fenced in yard, so I can run, be safe and just be a dog. Unfortunately, I don't have that now, so I have to be chained when I'm outside....No fun!
This is a hard decision for my owners, but they know it's going to be the right one for me.
