Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Karl! He is a 2yr old neutered male Doberman Pinscher/Rottweiler mix that weighs 67lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter as a stray on 1/3. Karl has a sweet soul and enjoys getting plenty of pets. He walks well on a leash, sits for treats and takes them gently. He also will try very hard to convince you that just a few treats are not enough. Sometimes he gets excited and will jump, yet he takes redirection well. His little nubby tail never stops wagging. As he did see a few other dogs, he did bark at them, so we do ask if you have another dog in the home to please ask the shelter for a dog test. You can see in his beautiful brown how a loving family companion he will be. Where he needs to live is in a home, not an apartment, have a secured yard to play in, then come back inside where he can spend his time next to his loving family cuddling on the couch. Or having his own fluffy dog bed so he can snore the nights away is what wonderful Karl dreams of.
