I’m looking to rehome my cat Dotty. This decision hasn’t been easy, and my only goal is to find a safe, calm, and loving home where she can truly thrive.
Dotty is about 2 years old and has a shy but incredibly sweet personality. I rescued her a little over a year ago from a very unstable environment, and she’s come such a long way. She does best in a quiet, predictable space and would thrive as the only pet in a child-free household.
I already had another cat when Dotty joined our home, and despite trying hard for over a year to help them coexist, their personalities just aren’t compatible. Over the past few months, their fighting and Dotty’s stress-related inappropriate peeing have escalated beyond what I’m able to manage, and I’m rehoming her for her own safety and wellbeing.
Dotty may take a little time to come out of hiding and warm up to new people, but once she does, she is the sweetest, cuddliest cat you’ll ever meet. She loves quiet affection and bonds deeply.
