Zito had a really rough start at the shelter, suffering from something neurological without a specific diagnosis when he was found as a stray. Zito is one tough kitty who has improved significantly with just a residual (but adorable) head tilt left from all of his initial symptoms. Zito is super affectionate, even gives smooches and is really hoping some one special will give him a chance at his fairytale forever!
All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
