My name is Prince!

Home Needed
This is really hard for me to write, I am looking for the right home for my dog, Prince.
Prince is a 7-year-old house dog who is:
Fully potty trained
Very well-mannered and calm
Friendly with people and gets along with other dogs once he's had time to get acquainted
No aggression history
Does not bark, except occasionally at sirens
Used to living indoors and being part of the household
Prince does have a medical issue that I want to be fully transparent about.
He has a very small mass (smaller than a penny) that needs to be surgically removed, as it occasionally bleeds. Aside from this, he is a happy, loving dog and acts completely normal.
Because I'm about to leave for college, Im unable to care for a dog who needs surgery and recovery while living on campus. This decision is about doing whats best for him, not convenience.
I am not looking for a shelter or rescue; I am hoping to place Prince directly into a caring, responsible home.
