Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Loki is a purebred Siberian Husky, with all the mischievous traits that come with the title. Very sweet and loving to his family, but definitely has that Husky "I know best" attitude, and is willing to voice his opinions or complaints. He loves to play and throw paws with his people. But will cuddle on the couch with a toy or bone when he is ready to settle down. Crate trained, house trained, rides well in a car. Confident when going to new places and meeting people. Good with dogs and kids. Good with cats if they are indoors and you are supervising. His house is his home and he does not run away if given the opportunity. Does not have 'manners' so he will jump excitedly to meet new people. Does not necessarily want to be a lap dog, just wants to be with his people. He comes with all his shots, neutered, CKC registration, OFA certification (2022), CEAR eye test results (2022), and Embark DNA test results on his breed and genetic health.

More about this rescue
The Newnan-Coweta Humane Society has a dedication and passion to rescue shelter pets located at local kill shelters. Those rescued pets are vetted and vaccinated then placed in our foster care program where they are socialized with our own pets, taught basic manners (dogs/puppies), start crate-training method (dogs/puppies)and in short, get them ready for their forever home. They stay in our foster care system until their forever homes are found. The volunteers of NCHS are dedicated to rescuing homeless pets because there are so many pets in kill shelters that are wonderful, loving pets. They are euthanized simply because they do not have homes.
