My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maverick was adopted with his brother in November. He is currently living in Jefferson, New York. He came to us as an owner surrender, and we were unfortunately terribly misled on their behaviors. Maverick is needing to find a new home where he is the only male dog. He was raised with children. He does currently live with cats and will not chase them if told to "leave it." He is a great dog with so much energy and a friendly demeanor, but living with his littermate is creating too much chaos as they resource guard and continually fight. He would be a great active companion. Current on vaccinations, neutered on 12/23/2025.
