This 32-pound, two-year-old beagle mix can be found grinning from ear to ear anytime of day! Charlie enjoyed a few days away from the kennel and was a wonderful house guest. We are excited to share all we learned about him!
House-trained and crate-trained, this boy ready to impress. He hung out with another canine companion in his foster home and two of them really hit it off! Charlie is a huge fan of playing fetch and also playing hide and seek with his toys. Speaking of toys, this boy loves them all and shared them nicely with his foster fur sister!
When it comes to treats, Charlie isn't picky! He loves all sorts of tasty morsels you'd like to share with him. Good in the car and on leash, he's ready to join you on all of your adventures. Charlie is an affectionate fellow and a total lover boy! He is very food-motivated and a slow feeder bowl would be best for him. At the end of the day, he sleeps quietly through the night.
As he is still a young man, Charlie will benefit from continued training, daily exercise, and lots of playtime in his new home. He'll thrive in a home when he can be part of the action and will make one lucky family very happy for many years to come!
Based on our evaluation, we feel Charlie would do best in an active home with adults or families with kids ages five and up. He may have the capacity to live in a home with other dogs and we are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby! Charlie must go to a home free of cats or small animals.
