My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Charlie!

This 32-pound, two-year-old beagle mix can be found grinning from ear to ear anytime of day!

Playful and affectionate, Charlie is eager to please. He's always up for hanging with volunteers and enjoys his time running around outside in the yard. Charlie is very food-motivated and chicken sausage is his current favorite. Tolerant and curious, he's and ready to join you on all of your adventures.

As he is still a young man, Charlie will benefit from continued training, daily exercise, and lots of playtime in his new home. He'll thrive in a home when he can be part of the action and will make one lucky family very happy for many years to come!

Based on our evaluation, we feel Charlie would do best in an active home with adults or families with kids ages eight and up. He may have the capacity to live in a home with other animals and we are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby!

If you think he could be the pup for you, head to greatlakesdogrescue.com today and submit your application for our charming Charlie!
