My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wilson! He's approximately a 1 year old hound mix. Super sweet pup who loves to cuddle! A little nervous at first but with time and reassurance he's settling right in. Sleeping in his crate at night without a problem. It appears he's house trained with regular outside time. Still working on leash training. He's quiet. Haven't heard him bark yet. He's good with the resident dog and cat and would do good being in a house with another dog. Fenced yard preferred.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees are $275 for dogs over 6 months and $300 for dogs 6 months and younger. This fee includes spay/neuter, rabies shot if dog is over 4 months old, parvo/distemper shots up to the time of adoption, fecal check, microchip, and all dogs are heartworm negative.

Rover Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue group located 40 miles west of Chicago in Aurora, IL. The dogs/puppies in our organization have been rescued from high-kill animal shelters located in Illinois and Indiana.
