My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A Boy Named Purl 🐾

Purl is a handsome black cat with a heart as soft as his fur. Once a country cat, he is now fully embraced the posh house life with his foster family—and he is loving every minute of it! Cat trees are one of his favorite hangouts, and he is a big fan of belly rubs from people he trusts.

Purl truly shines during pampering time. He enjoys being brushed, having his nails trimmed, and soaking up all the attention—it makes him feel safe, appreciated, and right at home. He is even happy to wear a break-away collar, and did not mind sporting an adorable Christmas bow tie!

Described by his foster family as sweet, gentle, and affectionate, Purl is the kind of cat who will often climb onto your shoulder for closer snuggles, and purrs and makes the most adorable noises when he is happy, which is a lot! During playtime he enjoys his fishing rod toy with the feather! He has also confirmed that he is a good mouser and caught one for his foster mom (he did not eat it!). He would fit beautifully into just about any loving home. Purl is not cat tested, but should be comfortable with dogs with proper introduction. 🖤
